ABOUT ONE BRUSH ARMY

Founded in 2019, One Brush Army is an independent creative platform that develops and supports thoughtful, bite-sized stories for animation, comics, and games.  

The army is led by Kevin Cooper, an illustrator and production artist who is focused on bringing more smiles to the toonscape.  

In addition to developing Original IP, OBA also exhibits the work of other indie artists as they work to increase exposure.  Join the army and use your brush to paint a few more smiles.

For my BTTF fans, this piece shows my idea for Marty’s granddaughter, Marti.

IN MY OWN WORDS

The fight for achieving your creative dreams is a tough one.  You’re often behind the enemy lines of criticism and self-doubt.  As I shared that experience with other artists, I quickly realized that I wasn’t alone.  What started as just an alias became a statement representing the journey of many artists, not just me.

In 2019, I decided to put a name to that journey, and thus One Brush Army was founded.
